IMMERSIVE WORKSHOP- IN THE FLOW
ONE-DAY IMMERSIVE ART & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP - IN THE FLOW
Sunday, 31 May 2026
10:00 – 16:00
Location: Oberrad
Price: 120€
Limited to 15 participants
Language: English
Join Kelly Ekardt and Sonoko Obuchi for a one-day immersive workshop exploring the connection between movement, intuition, and creative expression.
This experience is designed as a gentle journey — beginning in stillness and unfolding into collaborative creation.
The day opens with a traditional matcha tea ceremony, inviting presence and grounding. From there, participants are guided through Japanese calligraphy and movement-based drawing, using the body as a tool for expression and mark-making.
Throughout the workshop, participants will collectively create a large-scale hanging installation, working with dried flowers, paper, and found materials. The process is intuitive and collaborative — allowing forms to emerge organically through shared flow.
The day concludes with a zen-inspired sound bath, offering a moment of integration and rest.
A Japanese vegan lunch will be served, accompanied by a thoughtfully designed table setting created by Kelly Ekardt.
This workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and create without expectation — focusing on process, presence, and shared experience.
